Hudson Valley Hospital
Center is proud to announce the July Diabetes Wellness Workshop.
The workshop is open to those living with diabetes, pre-diabetes &
family members.
This month’s workshop will be held on Wednesday, July 7th in the
Hudson Valley Hospital Center’s Dempsey House Conference Room, 1992
Crompond Rd, Cortlandt Manor, between 3:00-4:00pm (please note the
time change for this month’s workshop).
Joanne Campbell, a Holistic Nurse, will teach the fundamentals of
physiologic stress on your body and sugar levels. Come and also
experience a short mindfulness meditation session.
