This Division is charged with the responsibility of inspecting and overseeing County construction projects to ensure that the quality workmanship and materials are achieved, and to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
The Division performs its basic inspection and compliance mission and contract administration functions utilizing one or a combination of the following:
1. In-House Personnel
2. Consultant Services for Inspection, Testing, Construction Management or full services.
