What
people with disabilities
should know about MetroCard.
Coins
or MetroCard. Which one is right for you?
You can use either coins or MetroCard – but not dollar
bills – on Westchester’s Bee-Line buses starting April
1. If you use coins, the bus fare is still 85 cents and 10
cents for a transfer.
With MetroCard, the reduced
fare is $1 per ride, which includes a transfer to any
Bee-Line local bus or to a NYC subway or bus.
Price Break:
Disabled riders who take the express bus to NYC – the fare
is now just $2.50 – coins or MetroCard.
