Sidney Dasilva fled from Westchester County after he had committed two
separate assaults,  in the City of Mount Vernon.
He was arrested in New Jersey for another assault charge under an alias.
He was bailed out of jail and fled to his native Basil.  He returned to the 
United States with a new identity.   His identity was later uncovered and turned over to the New Rochelle Police where he was arrested.  He was charged with five counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd.
