During the investigation of Mr. Robles, it was learned that Mr. Robles and others were involved in drug trafficking in a residential area within the Town of Greenburgh.  As the Greenburgh Police investigation concluded with numerous arrests for drug sales and possession of drugs and weapons, Mr. Robles was amongst those arrested and subsequently lodged at the County Jail.
Mr. Robles is currently incarcerated at the New York State Correctional Facility, Bare Hill, serving a sentence of three (3) to eight (8) years, with the earliest release date of January, 2006.
