The impact of cuts in the federal and state budgets on seniors will be discussed at the annual Legislative Speak-Out breakfast presented by the Department of Senior Programs and Services (DSPS) on Jan. 29. 

Elected county and state officials will be at the event, which will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at the County Center, 198 Central Ave., White Plains.

The program is open to the general public, and members of DSPS’ Aging Network are especially encouraged to attend. Reservations are appreciated to speak, but not required. To sign up, call DSPS at (914) 813-6300.
